The Applied Arts Student Awards are a great chance for your students to get noticed! It is the largest and most respected show of its kind in North America. More potential employers will see their work than in any other awards program or promotional effort. They are judged by a panel of highly regarded industry professionals and winners receive maximum exposure in these high-profile media platforms:

  • Showcased in the special Student Awards section, published in the September/October 2010 issue of Applied Arts, with a readership of more than 46,000, including many potential employers.
  • Featured in the Student Awards Winners online gallery on appliedartsmag.com which attracts more than 200,000 visitors annually.
  • Displayed at the annual Awards Winners’ Exhibit, held in Toronto, in fall 2010. Winners will be invited to an exclusive event attended by senior design and advertising creatives, as well as by fellow winners. Student winners will also receive a portfolio review at the exhibit.
  • All entrants receive a copy of the Student Awards issue. Winners receive two. Winners also receive digital tear sheets and a certificate for each winning piece, which is a great addition to any portfolio.

And if that weren’t enough, there’s always the chance that the work of one of your students will be chosen for the cover of the 2010 Student Awards!
